Steven Wayne places a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships and a people-focused business, with a culture centred on doing the right thing.
Steven launched Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents in January 2004, aged just 22, after gaining brief experience working for another estate agent in the Edgware area. He then took the decision to establish his own business, building the company from its first branch in Edgware.
Within six months, Steven had opened the company’s first branch in a prime central Edgware location, which remains Benjamin Stevens’ head office today. The business continued to grow, with a second branch opening in Bushey in 2009.
In January 2017, Steven expanded into Block Management through the acquisition of Frederick George Block Management Services, an established Edgware business dating back to 1869. It was subsequently rebranded as Benjamin Stevens Block Management in 2020.
Today, Steven continues to oversee the wider Benjamin Stevens business, with a focus on building a people-led company and developing new ways of working.
